Ongoing production involvement across IWC’s live event schedule since January 2022, with responsibilities spanning show formatting, event and match timing, Gorilla, referee communication, match agenting, commentary preparation, creative input and post-show review.

California
Production work across numerous West Coast Pro events beginning in November 2023, bringing Jason into a different roster, production team and live-event environment.

Production involvement with both Marvelous Wrestling Las Vegas events over the past two years, including hands-on live-stream switch control for one event in addition to broader production responsibilities.

Production work on ACTION Wrestling’s DEAN~!!! 3 at Philadelphia’s historic ECW Arena during ROH weekend, adding another promotion and production environment to Jason’s experience.

Production work with Power Pro Lucha beginning with the promotion’s July 2026 Philadelphia event and continuing with its September event.

The job behind the curtain is to keep those pieces connected-anticipating what’s next, communicating what matters and adjusting when the show doesn’t go exactly as planned.

01 – INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING CARTEL
ONGOING PRODUCTION | 2022 – PRESENT
Since January 2022, Jason Orion has maintained an ongoing role in IWC’s live event production, contributing across the promotion’s event schedule from initial show preparation through live execution and post-show review.
Responsibilities have included show formatting, match and event timing, running Gorilla, referee communication, match agenting, commentary preparation, creative input and post-show analysis.

02 – MARVELOUS WRESTLING
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA | LIVE EVENT PRODUCTION
Jason has worked production on both Marvelous Wrestling Las Vegas events over the past two years, adapting his production experience to a different promotion, roster and event environment.
In addition to broader show-production responsibilities, his work has included hands-on live-stream switch control for one event-adding another dimension to his experience with the presentation of a live wrestling broadcast.

Jason joined the production team for ACTION Wrestling’s DEAN~!!! 3 at Philadelphia’s historic ECW Arena during ROH weekend, working within another promotion’s established production environment.
The event represents the ability to step outside an ongoing home-promotion role, integrate with a different team and contribute to the execution of a standalone wrestling production.

BEFORE THE HEADSET
THE PERSPECTIVE STARTED INSIDE THE RING.
Long before Jason Orion was formatting shows, running Gorilla or producing matches, he experienced professional wrestling from the other side of the curtain.
Beginning his in-ring career in 1998, Orion spent years working inside the industry-learning firsthand what talent needs from the people responsible for producing the show around them. That experience now provides a perspective that can’t be gained from a rundown alone.
Today, the role is different, but the understanding remains: protect the story, respect the talent and never lose sight of the show as a whole.
